What if my plane or cruise ship is delayed ?
InStyle Executive Travel will track your plane's progress when it is in the air and ensure we are always there to meet you on time. For cruise transfers, we will also monitor your cruise ship arrival time where possible.
How will I find my driver ?
For Airport, Train and Cruise Transfers your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area with your name on a ‘Meet and Greet’ board. You will have his mobile contact number and he will have yours. You can contact your driver at anytime.
Can I contact InStyle Executive Travel from abroad in case of an emergency ?
Yes. Contact us on +44 844 324 5664 from abroad. Your driver will provide you with a business card before your flight with our contact details on. If you need to change your return journey details we will do our best to help subject to availability.
Can I smoke in the car ?
No. InStyle Executive Travel operates a strict non smoking policy in all their vehicles. You can be sure that prior to our vehicle meeting you, no previous passengers have been smoking in the car. This helps maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all our vehicles. We also ask that passengers refrain from eating in our vehicles.
